Learn to Play 1 (10 – 14 years old)
For kids just starting out – The basic athletic and playing skills are developed with the goal of co-operative rallying and introduction to simple games they can play with family and friends. FUNdamentals!
Learn to Play 2 (10 – 14 years old)
A continuation of LTP 1 – This course is for novice players with some rally skills. Focus continues on developing FUNdamentals with co-operative games and challenges.
Play Better 1 (10 – 14 years old)
For kids who have been through the LTP lessons or who have some playing experience. Focus is building on FUNdamentals with volume training drills and game strategy. Singles and doubles co-operative and competitive play.
Play Better 2 (12 – 16 years old)
For older novice players and or players who have been through the Play Better 1 class. Plenty of drills and games to solidify skills. Singles and doubles co-operative and competitive play.
Advanced Training (12 – 16 years old)
Technical and tactical skills are developed to prepare kids for match play. This is a great class for high school team players as well as more advanced younger players who want two hours a week of competitive training.
Gold Program (12 – 18 years old)
- If your are playing on your high school team or wanting to start playing sanctioned competitive tournaments, the Gold program is for you.
- Students develop skills to help them be their most effective in competitive situations.
- This program runs for 2 hours Tuesdays and Thursdays.
